lucymouradian @tjwhiting82 i believe you would have to contact Poshmark only because i sent it to them. They have to authenticate it for two days. Which is why it took me a day longer i had to go To my safety deposit box and retrieve the certification that comes with it so from what I was told because it’s a pricier item it gets sent to them they authenticate it then they send it out to you I hope that makes sense or else I would love to
