Hello! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me. All makeup & skincare products are brand new, some may be missing boxes or original packaging. All other items such as handbags, shoulder straps, etc, are in excellent condition, or gently used. I’m always open to reasonable offer and I try my best to include freebies with all orders. I also use recycled packaging to ship my items so packaging may not be fancy but I always package it with care.
