moss_and_lace Hi, I just wanted to let you know that shipping on your jacket will be delayed. I am so sorry. We are in the middle of a natural disaster in Texas. We are being hit by ice storms and our power grid is over loaded. We haven’t had power for a few days and the post office is still closed. I will ship as soon as I am able to. mcstylenyc Hi Lorap, I'm reaching out to you because I can not find the brown Michael Kors puffer jacket. I know it's here somewhere and will continue to look for it. I think my only recourse is to cancel the whole bundle sale. Then, if you still want, we can renegotiate a price for the three items without the puffer. When I find the puffer I'll let you know and we can move forward if you still want. Does this sound like a plan. My apologies - I'm as frustrated by this as I'm sure you are!

mcstylenyc Hi Lora, I have searched high and low for the Michael Kors puffer jacket and I can't find it! Soo sorry! I think my only recourse is the cancel the whole sale and start again if you still want the other three items. Please let me know what you'd like to do. mcstylenyc Hi Lora! You probably don’t remember the bundle you bought from me that I had to cancel because the jacket went missing. I was so frustrated and sorry about having to cancel the sale.
