sistercouture As I was instructed NOT to return the damaged purse until instructed, I did not mail it. However, the funds have been released. I have a damaged purse and will review my purchase when the option is available. Stalking me on social media isn't going to change my experience with the purchase. I take a chance with every purchase and all have been great. The damaged purse was very disappointing. Having Poshmark agree that the item I received was not as described was the satisfaction needed.

sistercouture @msjerri LV shouldn't be packed in newspaper as the ink can transfer and stain. Not sure if you always send your bags this way nor why it was sticky, but thought I'd pass along what the LV store shared.

msjerri @mrsloreley FYI- the funds have not been released which is why I messaged you on FB inquiring about the purse you insisted was misrepresented and you were going to stop payment with your financial institution. There was never any kind of stalking. As for the return process, unless Poshmark created a process specifically for you, that is not how it works. Seems strange that you only wanted them to state it was misrepresented yet you never mailed the bag but took it to Louis Vuitton.....

sistercouture @msjerri I received a bag with sticky residue and black stains. Of course I took it in for advice on cleaning and/or repairs. I was told that once the vernis is stained it can not be cleaned and they had no way to safely remove the residue. I have never stored bags in newspaper nor stuffed them with newspaper so I was surprised to learn that can damage it. Because it was new information to me, I'm sharing it.

sistercouture I am not keeping the bag. It wasn't as described and if the listing had disclosed the sticky residue I would have passed and purchased something else. Gently used with minor stains is what I expected. I've purchased other LV with similar listings and been happy. I'm not going to carry a sticky bag and ruin clothing or anything else it contacts.

sistercouture When I return Monday I will follow up with Poshmark. The notification I received over the Christmas holiday was that Poshmark agreed the listing wasn't accurate and the bag can be returned. I also saw I had 24 hrs and the bank shows the funds already released. As I could not respond in 24 hrs, I notified Poshmark.

sistercouture @msjerri had you agreed to allow me to return it when it was received in a condition different than described (perhaps your shipping in newspaper?) it would have been resolved prior to the Christmas holiday. But opening a case and following Poshmark's rules and guidance (specifically not to return item to sender until instructed) has created the delay. Nothing will make me happier than for you to have your bag and me to have my money. I'm working toward that objective.

sistercouture @vagrigg we should get some help from Poshmark Support today. They’ve never had anything get lost in my experience working with them since 2016. I will follow up with them and see what happens. At a minimum they should release your money to you and hopefully will find and return my shoes.

sistercouture @vagrigg I emailed Poshmark support again and commented on the thread about the delayed/lost package as well. I currently have another package that has been sitting in a town in Arizona for a week with no movement. I don’t want the email thread to possibly confuse the two cases as the issue (lost/no movement in the postal system for over a week) is the same. Different locations the movement stopped updating, different tracking numbers and different states
