mushrooms75 @cachanilla1 The Belmont I’m afraid will have to be sent out for repair. Repairs take about a month but they are not super expensive unless you need ALL NEW vachetta on a vintage speedy replaced or something. It would be worth it to fix if it could be done $150-$200 range. Now if there is any broken canvas or cracked canvas they will not touch it. Canvas cannot be repaired so anything connected to broken cracked canvas is a no-go.

mushrooms75 @cachanilla1 Take it in to LV and see what they say as far as repairs go. I don’t think they will ask where you bought it. They only care if it’s a authentic item and it can be fixed. Don’t get me wrong-rules change all the time at LV. You can no longer just walk in and purchase luggage tags anymore unless you can prove you own a actual piece of luggage, keepall/suitcase. They had too many people purchasing them/reselling etc and stock was becoming non existent so they put an end to it.
