posh_poppy I’m sorry you were disappointed that the dress was wrinkled, you do realize it was mailed in poly bag and spent a couple days going through the postal system? Perhaps you should purchase in store if you expect things to be perfectly steamed?

lorenroses @posh_poppy there is no way you steamed it first, you could tell you had not. I purchase here all the time, never received something in such horrible condition.
