kafinch Hi! Just saw that you received the item you purchased - hope you like it! I saw that you only gave me a 4 star rating, though. Was there something wrong with the shrug? I shipped it out the next day and put extra care into the packaging. There wasn’t a note left with the rating so just want to know what I could have done to make your experience better.

lorelopez90 @kafinch I really appreciate all the extra care with the packaging. Just with the shrug it’s tearing a bit on the shoulders where the straps are which did not say on the post but I still love it!
