lorenajara625 Hello how are you ? I tell you that I am from Chile South America, and my address is a cargo company that receives my products so it is impossible for me to collect them personally. I was checking the USPS options. but it does not give me any alternative of being able to request another delivery attempt. In addition, according to the follow-up, no delivery attempt was made. What I can do?

tifap1 @lorenajara625 you never had any conversation with me about where you from and where you would like the package to go. I'm now hearing back from you since you placed the order. The address you proved when you placed the order, that is what Poshmark sent to me and that is what I put on the package.

lorenajara625 @tifap1 Hello, so if you put the correct shipping address because it is never delivered and is for pick up. nobody asked me. and now I don't have the option to call and request that it be shipped to my address as it was initially requested.

tifap1 @lorenajara625 hi, do you have the shipping information? I think you should the day the item shipped also the tracking number. I contacted Poshmark customer service, I'm waiting for a response. When I get one I will get back to you as soon as possible thank you.
