I’m tracking the coat you sent and worried about the time it’s taking to be delivered. Will you please let me know if you do not receive in the next day or so?? I just had to request refund on a package I was supposed to receive because its list in mail! The tracking says it’s left Houston and headed to next destination so hopefully you receive tomorrow!

@garciald yes absolutely you do! It’s a prepaid 2day priority shipping! Usps is awful right now. None of the packages I’m sending or receiving are getting to me in 3days. They are all like 7-10 days. I just checked again and it looks like yesterday it FINALLY left a dc in Houston. Are you following tracking? You need to make copy of the transit history and show usps so they will refund you your shipping fees. It’s ridiculous

@garciald ugh this is so annoying. I have never had problems shipping or receiving until the last few weeks and am not sure if it’s Because USPS is so overwhelmed with holiday packages or what. I myself have been waiting on a package that was mailed out November 12!

The seller has requested a refund from USPS and I have contacted Poshmark to get my money back twice. However poshmark has not contacted me back in response yet! I am going to go to USPS tomorrow and give them the tracking number for this coat to see if they can tell me anything. I will send you a message tmrw night after I have a chance to go to USPS. Please message me if you do before I do or if you receive package

@jcairer Thanks for the response. It shows to be in Houston since the middle of last week. Not sure what the problem is. It shouldn’t take this long to get to me. I will call USPS tomorrow and see if I can find out anything. I will keep you informed.

@garciald thank you. I was on hold with usps for 1hr + the other day before I hung up so I went to the closest post office and talked to them about the package I’m waiting on. If possible I would suggest that.

@garciald darn! You have to go to your purchases and submit issue or problem-then it has you tell poshmark what problem is and they will guide you through return. I haven’t returned anything but I think they send you a return shipping label and once I receive it back they refund you
