dmallgood68 @lvanegas I'm so sorry about that. That is really strange because I opened the tissue paper and wrapped the shoes and put them right in box. They were kept in a no smoking room. I will make sure the issue doesn't happen again. I really appreciate you letting me know.

dmallgood68 @lvanegas This has really bothered me today and trying to figure out why those things would. Then it hit me that even though we don't smoke in those rooms we do have a fireplace...... IDK if that's the answers but again Thank You I surely want to keep good customers and want to be a good posher.
