allison_kelsey Loretta, i am crushed that you are not happy with purse. It was dirty? Also I am sorry about the straps on the purse! I didn’t see any damage at all! I am so sorry. Please tell me where the damage is so I can pay attention better next time. I will be glad to take the purse back! I will pay for shipping if Posh doesn’t. I’ve never had a return. Not sure of the policies. I want you to be 100% happy.
