shoesale16 I don't know how to open a case. If you could refund enough fo or send e some insoles That would fix the issue. I'm 73 and not very tech savvy.

cymrugirl @shoesale16 if you go to the purchase page it should have a “problem/inquiry” button you can choose. There it should let you open a case even after you accept, I have no problem with a return. It’s my fault I missed this flaw and I’d like you to get your money back!
