@laboutiquegarag hi Donna. I have a problem with the bracelet. When I put it on I had to squeeze it closed slightly and one of the stones popped out 😔😩. Also on the inside of the bracelet on part of the openwork it is either missing or broke off and it is really sharp. I just love the bracelet but I can’t even fix the jagged part myself. I could probably glue the stone in but I’m afraid I will ruin it. I don’t know what I should do

@lstich Oh no😥 I am so sorry about that. The stone is an easy fix but I didn’t see or feel any jagged edge when I shipped it. You can request a return and I will certainly agree to the return and give your money back. That’s very upsetting. I love that bracelet. I don’t know what else to do. Do you have any ideas? Does it look like it can be repaired? 😩😢 are you on Instagram? If you can send me a photo I can tell right away if it can be repaired.

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I shipped your mugs out on Wednesday and they came back to me today. I will take them back to the post office on Monday. I’m so confused why it came back.
