redjeep109 @elizamccourt are those tears in the leather or just scratches? And the handles, are they coming apart like the glazing is gone? It’s hard to tell from these additional pictures.

elizamccourt Hi there! There's no fraying on the handles, but the glazing does show wear. The best was I can describe the side of the bag is dings...not tears, not scratches. What I can do is bring it to my local LV store and see how *they* would describe it and/or if there's an idea about the cost to repair.
