Hi! I see that your item has arrived but it looks like you have received the wrong item. I sold two items that day and accidentally swapped the labels. I sincerely apologize and am reaching out to Poshmark support. ❤️

Hi there again! Postmark asked me to kindly reach out to you and ask you to open a formal return request. The buyer that received your item has opened a return request and in order for you to receive your correct item requires you to do the same. Hope to hear from you soon.
