Hi! I just received your rating. I shipped your item the same day it was purchased but unfortunately USPS has been unpredictable lately. After I drop the item at the post office, it’s out of my hands so I cannot control how fast the item will be delivered. Just wanted to let you know for any future purchases since rating the seller on something that is out of their control is unfair. Have a good night!

Hello Lori! I just received your rating from the Lucky Brand shirt you purchased. Thank you for patronizing my closet. I understand you were unhappy about the delayed shipping. I packed and delivered the item to UPS the same day it was purchased. As we are in the midst of a pandemic, I just wanted to communicate that, beyond delivering to UPS, shipping is out of the seller’s hands. Just something to keep in mind going forward as negative reviews greatly impact an individual’s reputation.

Hello, I am so sorry that you are unhappy with your purchase. I am not sure what you meant by “could improve item description and cleanliness and improve shipping time”. The boots are brand new, I only tried on one of them on carpet. They are a distressed look which I mentioned in the description. As far as the shipping, you purchased them on Saturday. Our post office isn’t open on Saturday or Sunday, I had no choice but to wait until Monday to ship them.

Thanks for the late rating but it seems you are never happy with your purchases.
1. Item was clean & washed.
2. Shipped next day after purchase, Monday and you received on Wednesday. This isn't Amazon.
3. The description was very clear. Please explain what needed improvement.
4. It was packaged in a polymailer. Did you want it gift wrapped?
I wish I had saw the other sellers comments first before shipping out your order. Otherwise I definitely would have canceled.

1. Item was clean & washed.
2. Item purchased from Wantable in March of this year. Worn once. Actually in excellent used condition. You got a $40 shirt for $12.
2. Shipped next day after purchase. I have no control over USPS delays.
4. It was packaged in a USPS mailer. I’m not wasting unnecessary packaging and contributing to excess waste.
Sellers definitely beware!

I wish you would have reached out to me about your recent purchase. I would have been happy to approve a return. I shipped the same day, packaged in USPS, Poshmark approved shipper, placed your item wrapped in tissue. Your item was brand new. The description included measurements and photos. @reclaimedrags agree I blocked her !! My item was new and she rated me low shipping which I shipped the same day took 4 days to get to her! Claimed my item wasn’t clean it was new with tags! Claimed package could improve put the item in a plastic bag taped added a thank you sticker etc…. Some people you can not please! I blocked from future purchases not worth it to me!

Sellers beware!!!. Leaves negative review about ship time. Her order was delivered 4 days from purchase across the country including the weekend when usps is closed. Her average ship time is 8 days. Block and run 🤣🤣🤣
