Hi! Hey, the watch, you said it had scratches and was dirty? The box was not perfect but the watch still had the plastic cover over the face, was it missing? It has been on display but it has never been used, I assure you. I had the batter replaced, that is the only time it was removed from my jewelry display case. I'm sorry you're not happy!
