pronemermaid @lorimiller75 aloha I saw you opened a case on the umbrella. Can you tell me what is wrong? I took the tags off and never used it after I bought it from Kate Spade outlet. I paid 65. You got it for 20. I have never had a case against me. How can I help?

lorimiller75 @pronemermaid when I got the box it was mangled and the umbrella was damaged and bent. That's why I opened the case sorry I didn't mean to cause problems but I wanted to let posh Mark know and I wasn't sure how to handle it so that's why I contacted themand not you first. Because it was a problem with the post office and not you.

lorimiller75 @politicalgurl Sorry we just found out that our dog was very sick and could possibly need emergency surgery, this was after we had already put $900 into tests on him so I just thought I better wait. And he had to go back in today and we lost him so it’s been a tough couple days emotionally and financially. Sorry hope you understand.
