loriworld1 @maryl1972 I spoke with customer service. I cannot cancel the order because I purchased it through the “make an offer “ option. The said , you need to do it. Or if I wait out the 8 days and the item is not mailed, I can then cancel the order.

maryl1972 Hi Lori, The place in the Sandal is very small, but I don’t want to misrepresent something I am selling. I contacted Poshmark and sent them a picture of the spot. The frustrating thing is once an item has sold, I can’t attach any more pics to it so you could see what the spot looks like. Do you want me to wait to hear back from Poshmark or go ahead and cancel order? I was hoping they would send you the pic

maryl1972 Hi Lori If you look at the second picture of the sandal, the first one I took where they are facing forward, blow up the picture and you can see the indentation on the Sandal on the right hand side. It is near the tie area.

loriworld1 @maryl1972 As stated previously, I want the ordered cancelled. The only way to do that is not ship it. In 5 days I will get the option to cancel the order, which I will do immediately.

maryl1972 Hi Lori, Poshmark still hasn’t gotten back to me but I found I have the option to cancel the order based on defect. Hopefully that takes care of it!
