lori_jenkins @ccsongos hi! It's 23 inches. Yes definitely a reddish pink - kind of like the inside of a watermelon. It's a nice skirt, very tailored, fully lined and has nice grosgrain ribbon trim in the inner waist. Never worn, too big and I never got around to altering.
