sellincome Hi can you please let me know what is wrong with the pants I just received a open case from postmark but there is no info about what is wrong they said you send pictures and supported documentation about the problem but you never contacted me to let me know you are not happy with the sale I'm in the best position to refund your money but will appreciate if you let me know what is wrong with my merchandise before opening a case against me.

loribschneider @sellincome I didn't know I could contact you directly or I absolutely would have! I'm sorry - I think you sent me the wrong pants. The ones I ordered were supposed to be blue and a 12p, the ones you sent were black and a 12p short. I know you have a few of the same style pants for sale so I'm sure it was a simple issue of packaging up the wrong pair.

aburger143 Just an FYI I mentioned in the listing that the shoes needed to go in the washing machine as well as pictures of the very worn condition. You paid maybe 10 dollars for the shoes. Trust me it was not convenient to take my three children under three to the post office to make 10 bucks and then get a rude comment on my poshmark account. Very unfair. You could have contacted me personally and not attacked my poshmark page.

loribschneider @aburger143 I'm very sorry you were inconvenienced for selling something that should have never been sold to begin with. I trust sellers to offer reasonable, accurate descriptions of their items - this was neither. The dirt was expected. The fact that the shoes were unwearable due to the inside damage was not. You earned this feedback. Not worth my time and effort to return them. The shoes are in the garbage where they should have been from the beginning. $13 for a lesson well-learned.
