thebleukiwi Hi I’m sorry to hear that your vase broke!! You rated me only 3 stars and stated packaging could improve. Actually it couldn’t. I took great care to package each vase as carefully and tight as possible. For the price of these and what I charged you , more packaging and I would have lost money and shipping would have cost you more. If you weighed it you would have seen it was over the 5 lbs. I’m pretty sure the postal workers aren’t very worried about what’s being shipped. 🤷‍♀️

llackland @thebleukiwi A piece of pottery was boxed individually without anything to buffer it. I understand what you are saying, but in the future you really should put packing materials in a box with a piece of pottery if it can roll around. Plastic bags. It wouldn’t have affected weight drastically. I cannot use the prettiest piece you sent me because it’s broken. I haven’t asked for a refund. I thought three stars was generous.

thebleukiwi @llackland lol ok 👌 I’ve sent out several very hard to protect pieces, been doing it for years. The tiniest piece was boxed separately and it didn’t need bags around it because it was tight in the box. Next time just get your refund . It’s insured because it’s priority mail . Covers up to $50,sorry it happened but it wasn’t because of bad packing. It was jam packed plastic bags!! couldn’t use larger box for $5 shipping. I didn’t think it would get broken,

llackland @thebleukiwi It was not the smallest piece. It was the second largest, and most fragile, piece. It was in a box that was too big for it. It was not snug in the box. It should have had plastic around it. I don’t care about destroying your reputation: I’m not trying to play games or argue. I do care about giving you feedback that you should listen to. You did a poor job with packing that one piece. Always pack plastic around every breakable item.

thebleukiwi I also read love notes that buyer give to other people! I can see by reading yours , your a hater. Lol you didn’t destroy my reputation, but what you did do is make poshers worried about selling to you! Next time just don’t accept it, pretty simple, unless you enjoy the drama.
