chelseaf13 Hi there. You were the one who accidentally received the Zara jacket instead of the purse your ordered. I noticed that the person who received your purse already shipped it out and you received. They have still not received the jacket nor has there been any update in tracking. First off, my apologies for the mixup as it was an innocent mistake. Second, I would greatly appreciate you shipping ASAP as you already received and that is so unfair. Please don’t make this larger than necessary. Thanks.
