chamoischarlie It’s Suzanne with the jacket from WHBM I got it today from my daughter; I’m selling it for her she claimed it was clean; there’s some stains on rt sleeve looks like small grease stains ? I can take to cleaners today and they can see what they can do or we can just cancel the sale whatever you want I’m going to repost this jacket on my site as a separate item with a Photo of the stains; because I don’t know how else to do it since the original item is now closed to editing, Sorry Suzanne

raelyneruff Hi Lori, I received your beautiful dress yesterday and accepted it. Today I was ironing it to wear and I found a large dark stain on the front. . It looks like a shadow and it’s in the folds of the ruching so that’s why I didn’t see it yesterday. I don’t know what I can do now that the order is complete. I hate to contact Poshmark. Ideas?

1521tradingco @raelyneruff Oh no, I'm so sorry. I didn't see anything on it. I have no problem providing a refund, but I don't think I can initiate a refund since it has been accepted already. I believe you have to open a ticket with Poshmark to start that process. I'm so sorry!

raelyneruff @1521tradingco hi! Poshmark has cancelled the sale but they didn’t tell me how to get the dress back to you. I only had this happen once when a belt came in way too large and they provided a shipping label so I could return it. Not this time. Now what?
