loriralston Hello Heather, I received an email from Poshmark telling me to go to the order page and select Problems Order Inquiry. I am unable to do it. As I said, I did open it (hence the 5 star rating given thinking there wouldn't be an issue) but we just actually opened all the individual boxes last night that's when we saw there was no ornament in them. I apologize if you're already doing what we discussed and Posh just sent the email after we communicated.
