clydster Lori, I apologize that the box was damaged in shipment, but I can guarantee that it left in perfect condition. Also I thought that you understood it was late due to my spinal surgery and then the emergency amputation of my mother's leg. It's been a rough few weeks. If you are unhappy with the purse in anyway, I would happily take it back. Anna

loriposh2017 @clydster I had no idea other than you commented on surgery. Did not know extent of issues. As I indicated, purse is great. Box was significantly damaged upon arrival but appreciate the note that it was sent in good condition.
