echoskyhorse @lorigrace11 I imagine it was! I steam and measure items, photograph them, and then package them in their sealed bags. They then go in tubs for storage until they’re purchased. Wrinkling does occur and I’m sorry you’re unhappy.

echoskyhorse @lorigrace11 unfortunately I can’t. My apartment is on the third floor, and there are no elevators. I have severe asthma so going up and down the stairs is extremely difficult. My inventory is stored in my garage which is in a separate building.
