Hi Lori, I’m sorry that you feel that way. I’m sorry to say BUT the highlighter you received is a FULL sized item. You can go ahead and take it to ANY Ulta or Sephora store and verify that it’s a full size LAURA GELLER item. I am NOT a liar or fraudulent seller like you mentioned. Idk what you expected but the items I sold you were EXACTLY what would sell in Sephora or Ulta stores. Like I said the prices vary from $20-30. @lorigrace11 I imagine it was! I steam and measure items, photograph them, and then package them in their sealed bags. They then go in tubs for storage until they’re purchased. Wrinkling does occur and I’m sorry you’re unhappy.

@lorigrace11 unfortunately I can’t. My apartment is on the third floor, and there are no elevators. I have severe asthma so going up and down the stairs is extremely difficult. My inventory is stored in my garage which is in a separate building.

@lorigrace11 So I ready the packages in my apartment where my supplies are, then take the empty envelopes down to my garage, pull the inventory I need and put them in the mailers, then go to the post office. I’m sorry you were unhappy with the amount of wrinkles, but I do the best I can with my physical limitations! I wish you all the best and hope you’re still able to enjoy the top. ❤️
