@lori88wv Omgracious, seriously? Ok, thank you for letting me know. The claim is in so it must be missing in the USPS system. They are tracking it since it has been updated to shipping. Keep me posted and I will do the same. I don't know how they lost yours and delivered every one else's. I guess they were just in a hurry. I am so sorry. I will stay on top of it, and have my mom stay on top of it. Again my apologies for this. Blessings, C
