I’m sorry you felt the Purse wasn’t “clean enough” and left me a “3” rating. As stated the purse was practically new and maybe used 1 time and I know there were no wear or stains. I did neglect to look inside before packaging & shipping the NEXT day after you purchased. You knew the purse was used and I think your rating was unjustified

@rondabaker I appreciate your response and suspect that maybe you didn't use the bag yourself(?). There is a dark pizza-sauce-like stain on the trim, which is also yellowed, and the handles are unusually sticky. I will do what I can to fix it before I use it, though. Thanks, again, for your reaponse.

@lori3dg I see your review now. May I ask what the issue of cleanliness was? If I remember, I wrapped nicely, put it in a beautiful floral bag, and don’t understand how necklaces could be unclean. I even polished before mailing. I only want to know so I can improve next time. Thank u for your input. 💐🌻💕
