benhoff Hello Lori, I just received the vionic sandal, rec quickly and packaged great. I have notice the left sandal does not stay on my foot. The Velcro comes loose did you have this problem? I can’t wear them as they continue to come loose.

shoewebsite @benhoff Hi, I dont remember having that problem but I have not worn them for a while now. Is there something stuck inside the velcro...such as cotton or dirt (from walking outdoors)?

benhoff @shoewebsite no nothing, the sandal keeps sliding off and the Velcro does not stick.

shoewebsite @benhoff sorry for the delay, just got back from working out. Maybe replace the velcro part? I honestly don't remember having problems with that.
