b_marshall Hi Lori. Had you given me a chance and nothing in my closet worked I was going to let you keep the Fascinator and return your money in your package. After a return I don't receive orders for a week or more. The next 7 days are the busiest time of the year for my small business, i.e., "Kentucky Derby". I invested thousands in inventory. I'm devastated that I wasn't able to make you happy and I hope you enjoy the Derby.
