Hi, I need advice. What do you do if someone likes an item and hits bundle but the only thing there is the item that they like. I keep getting prompts to make an offer. What am I suppose to do? So confused 😐

@rtaseff Hi there! They are basically asking you to send them an offer rather than them sending you one. I do send an offer but it almost never equals a sale...most of the time you get no response. I think people just want to feel you out, avoid the risk of you rejecting their offer and get the chance for discounted shipping too. You would make the offer just like any other bundle. Go to your profile, then My Purchases, click on the item and choose the Problem/Order Inquiry option. Here you should see an option to cancel the order. The buyer is able to cancel on their end as well. If that doesn't work or you can't find it, let me know. Hope that helps! Thanks and have a great evening!

@kalovelace0731 Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that 😐. As long as you have not yet accepted the order, you can open a case with Poshmark to request a refund due to the buyer not describing the item accurately. Go to the same place, My Purchases and then click on the item and then Problem/Order Inquiry again and it should allow you to open a case. It goes to Poshmark who reaches out to the buyer for input and then makes a decision. It can take a few days.

@kalovelace0731 So you know...if you already accepted the order, unfortunately you'd be stuck with it. Once an order is accepted, the funds are released to the seller and no refunds can be requested. You have up to three days after you receive an item to accept an order so just be sure to inspect fully before doing so on any future orders. Hope your Poshmark experience is more positive going forward!

Hi Lori. Thanks for the like on the cozy cardigan. The catalogue has only xs, and I found these at warehouse. I do have a little wiggle room on price. I am an old therapist turned hippie divorced grandma with surgeries doing posh for rent and loving it. I have low mark up, mostly new or floor sample items, and am not pushy. I take decent and some indecent offers. The sweater is a great price and find. May your day be amazing.
