Hi, I need advice. What do you do if someone likes an item and hits bundle but the only thing there is the item that they like. I keep getting prompts to make an offer. What am I suppose to do? So confused 😐

@rtaseff Hi there! They are basically asking you to send them an offer rather than them sending you one. I do send an offer but it almost never equals a sale...most of the time you get no response. I think people just want to feel you out, avoid the risk of you rejecting their offer and get the chance for discounted shipping too. You would make the offer just like any other bundle. @kalovelace0731 Hi there and welcome to Poshmark! As long as the purchase(s) haven't yet shipped, you should be able to cancel. Go to your profile, then My Purchases, click on the item and choose the Problem/Order Inquiry option. Here you should see an option to cancel the order. The buyer is able to cancel on their end as well. If that doesn't work or you can't find it, let me know. Hope that helps! Thanks and have a great evening!

@kalovelace0731 Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that 😐. As long as you have not yet accepted the order, you can open a case with Poshmark to request a refund due to the buyer not describing the item accurately. Go to the same place, My Purchases and then click on the item and then Problem/Order Inquiry again and it should allow you to open a case. It goes to Poshmark who reaches out to the buyer for input and then makes a decision. It can take a few days.

@kalovelace0731 So you know...if you already accepted the order, unfortunately you'd be stuck with it. Once an order is accepted, the funds are released to the seller and no refunds can be requested. You have up to three days after you receive an item to accept an order so just be sure to inspect fully before doing so on any future orders. Hope your Poshmark experience is more positive going forward!

Good afternoon I have a question for you and I hope you can answer me. I have a lady who has made a bundle that has come up to $50 and I know once I put it in a box it’s going to be more than $7.97. What do you do in a case like this, I’ve never done a large bundle like this before, could you possibly give me some advice on how to handle this if you don’t mind!

@sharonslate Hey there! So if the package will be over 5 lbs, you will need an upgraded shipping label. Once the sale goes through, you should see an option under My Sales for that item to request a new shipping label. In my experience, it’s generally like $5-6 extra for each pound added so you may want to think about that when negotiating your price so you don’t end up paying it all.
