ahavakaur Hi Violeta: I just opened my account today. I sold two necklaces to one woman already. How to I relist the same necklace without having to repost the pictures and retype the description. Also, I am a little confused. It looks like she paid for two items, but it also shows that she added three items to her bundle? Two were the same. I hope it's just two as I already shipped.

h_s_closet Good evening. You purchased a sweater from me today and I was folding it to ship I noticed a hole in the sleeve. ahavakaur @ethnamichelle Because you did not ship the poncho separately with a separate label, it is showing as awaiting shipment and there is no way to send a photo until an item has technically been delivered.

theivydoor @ahavakaur it’s fine I’m happy to take my item back. It certainly does not need to go to a seamstress. I think that’s over reacting. and it will take me three minutes to add a few beads and tighten a few threads, I zoomed in on my photos and I I see where it’s missing a few beads and I see a few loose threads so please be sure to return it to me in the same condition,no worries,,Have a good day. 🌺
