lorik36 @slbnoland If you “Google” Victor Costa, you can read all about the designer, his career, and the women he has dressed. He is known for copying all the high end dresses of European couture. This particular dress, given its extraordinarily small measurement and the tag, appears to me to be a sample dress or perhaps even a runway dress. The makeup on it particularly points to the runway show theory.

lorik36 You’re welcome! He is high couture and very expensive. What a neat thing to have! One has to be very tiny to fit those measurements but having seen the runway models after a show leaving the venue in their regular clothes, wow! They are the thinnest people I’ve ever seen in person! About 1/3rd of a regular person and back in the day, very tall. Almost scary! That’s why so many clothes are made for the very thin; they hang differently so the clothing is what’s seen and not the body.
