susieq428 I am mailing everything tonight. My Dad had a temporary pacemaker put in and then a permanent pacemaker in when he flat lined. He passed out and fractured his eye socket in two places. So scary. I’m so sorry that this was a nightmare for you! I promise I’m usually on the ball. Thank you for understanding
