calendar_girl @lbowers45 Hi, The payment hasn't gone through as of yet. I will keep watching and keep you posted. It should have gone through once you updated your payment information on PM. Just check under your account info to make sure it's right,that might help. 😍

calendar_girl @lbowers45 Hi, the payment has not gone through. I don't believe it is with the CC company but with PM and the card you have on file. If you do not have a card on file under your account info purchases won't ho through. Double check and please let me know if I can help in any way💕

lbowers45 @calendar_girl I’m so sorry! I did go to the account and it was missing my security card information, so I put it in. I also did get a fraud stop on my card that I verified with the card that I have on file with poshmark. It appears as though the other purchases I made went through. Again I’m so sorry for any inconvenience and I will continue to try to figure out why it won’t process yours.

lbowers45 @calendar_girl how do you request payment? What I mean to ask, I can’t see anything on my end that shows any issues everything says my status is A-ok. I just don’t know what to do

calendar_girl @lbowers45 Scroll down to "My payment methods" on your page. It will give you the option to put a credit card on file to use. This is where you would enter the CC of your choice to use for purchases on Poshmark. That should solve it. 💕You probably don't have one listed there yet. Keep me posted. Always happy to help!

lbowers45 @calendar_girl yes, thank you I do AE on file I purchased several other items last night with that card and all went through. I will enter a new credit card now and see if that helps

dhaymon055 Hi Lori. Your package was given to usps yesterday, but the tracking hasn’t updated. Poshmark says it can take 24-48 hours for packages to be scanned, but I will call the post office tomorrow to be sure 🎀
