chezcheri18 @lakenney1969 Lori I think if you contact Poshmark support which you can find in your account. Tell them you got the email and that it didn’t apply as it should have- they will probably credit it to your account. Did you maybe miss the timeline to use it? I know they sent me an email too saying free shipping on your first purchase is almost up. I have only sold so far so I didn’t pay attention to its date limit. I apologize I couldn’t be more help.
