annielayden @ruthieh11 The shirt doesn’t fit. I usually take a medium in tops. I don’t understand. I LOVE the shirt but I’m gonna have to return it because it’s too tight. How do I proceed with that? Lori

ruthieh11 @annielayden hi there, am so sorry that the shirt too did not fit as expected. I hate the thought that anyone who buys from me is either not completely satisfied or somewhat disappointed with the experience. I honestly wished there was something I could do, but regrettably I’m not able to at this point, as you’ve opened a case and it’s already been closed, with the transaction being completed..

ruthieh11 @annielayden At first, I was caught off guard, but when I saw that it was a matter of ‘fit’, I’m guessing Posh team chose to close the case, since measurements were disclosed in the listing. Nevertheless, I did reach out to them, but was told that the case was closed and a return was not an option in this case. I really am sorry. Wished there was something I could do to turn this experience to a more satisfied one for you.

annielayden @ruthieh11 I certainly am not trying to be ugly by trying to return this because I love the embroidery so much. It’s just that you said it was 20” from armpit to armpit. To me that says it’s 40”. I am not larger than 40” across the chest. So this befuddles me. I am very disappointed that I paid $75 for something I cannot wear.😔
