@lpayne333 Hello, Lori! I just read your note and am so sorry the glass to your frame was broken during shipment. I tried very hard to prevent that from happening, but still feel terrible that it did. May I offer a suggestion? If something like that ever happens again, do not accept the package. Email Poshmark with a photo of the broken piece and you will not be charged for it. Continued below ⬇️

Had I not seen how you packaged it, I would be disappointed with you as the seller. I didn’t find that to be the case. Sometimes...LIFE...just happens no matter how much we try to put up safeguards. Thanks for the tip and kind words. I am indeed a newbie and I didn’t know to NOT accept the package. That was on my side of the table, for not reading the fine print.
