charitylane Yes I believe you can go to your orders and click on "problems / Inquiries" There should be a cancel order button. It will ask you why? and just pick an option. :))

charitylane Yes, The "Sold" listing will stay on your posh page even though you canceled the order. I have a few like that. I canceled because customers wanted to bundle the item with something else. I had to re-list the item again.

charitylane I've never had to do it because that is a lot of clothes. It shouldn't be too much more. Sometimes I think if you just dropped it at the post they would have to scan it. XP
