lorield @aimeeg4970 I think When it shows it was delivered I believe you can go to the items you purchased and you either accept the item or there should be a place where you don’t accept and it will ask you reason for request and you can describe the broken zipper and also if you can take a photo of it as well showing the zipper is broken. Hope that helps. I wouldn’t want you to loose out on your money with a broken item. 😊
