lorindasilvas @goldenhair_mama I am more than happy to revise the review. I too was not clear on how to respond, however i do feel that you could have looked for my response being that it was your mistake. we all make mistakes - totally understandable. But I feel that I purchased and paid immediately, therefore I should have the top by now. Sending a return label with the correct top would have been the best, then I could have easily and immediately sent it back. This shouldn't be an inconvenience to me.

lorindasilvas @goldenhair_mama - as a Buyer I can only report on 3 issues... "Item not delivered", "Accidental Purchase" or "Item not as Described" - all of which gives no resolution. As a Seller - you have to report that you sent the wrong item..... To report the problem: Go to your Account Tab (@username) Select My Sales Select the order Select Problems/Order Inquiry Select Sent the wrong item Select Submit On the web Select your profile picture at the top-right of the page Select My Sale

If so, I will just sent it back to you. If you want to give me a full refund, or if you want to send me the top that I already paid for that would be really nice. If not - it will be my loss. Between work, kids and caring for my Late stage Alzheimer's mother-in-law, I just can't put anymore time into this. I know we are all busy - but this is getting silly. I appreciate your time.
