lindsayrad9 Hi there, you purchased a bundle over the weekend from me and it weighs 8lb. The label is only for up to 5 lb. Do you purchase bundles often? What do we do if this happens?

lindsayrad9 Hi again, your package of ten items is too heavy for the five pound label. We need to figure something out or I will have to cancel your order. Poshmark said we could cancel and replace the order with two different labels. Or we could keep it as a bundle and up the price to offset the label price. Please get back to me so I can get your items shipped out. I have never had this happen before so I apologize.

pawrevere @lindsayrad9 Hello! The seller is responsible for paying for the postage overage. Go to your poshmark account, go all the way down to FAQ'S. Tap on FAQ's and you will see approximately 4 pages of frequently askef questions. On page 3 or 4 there is a question about paying for weight overage and how to print out that label. This had happened to me more than once and it is to do.

With the amount posh takes already, I am not going to benefit really. Poshmark support recommended I cancel the listing and repost as two orders for you. Is this an option?

pawrevere Wow, I've never heard of them giving suggestions on how to get around their own shipping rules. I was hoping that these dresses would have shipped by now. I needed them. I've paid postage overages several times when people have shopped from my closet. I just pay it, move on and hope they come back and shop my closet. I don't want to take the time to re-shop your items, so feel free to cancel the order.

pawrevere @lindsayrad9 Please by all means, feel free to cancel my order. But know this, you definitely cannot cancel an order because it ways over 5 pounds as you suggested you may have to do. When you sign up to sell on Poshmark, you agreed to their rules including their shipping rules.

lindsayrad9 @pawrevere I am not trying to break any rules. This was suggested by Poshmark Support when I contacted their customer service reps. Lesson learned this time, it is already packaged and ready to go. I’m frustrated with Poshmark and was hoping you would work with me since you seem to be an experienced member. Thanks anyways.

pawrevere @lindsayrad9 Please know that I could clearly tell you didn't know that sellers have to pay the overages. I just really wanted you to know that you couldn't cancel a shipment due to the overage if the buyer decides not to work with you on splitting the bundles. For me, it's a time issue and a money issue.

SHARE, SHARE, SHARE other people's items and they will share yours .Follow other closets and they will follow yours! I share my entire closet twice a day to my followers and I share my items at every party. Do you want this to be a hobby or a business?? Please let me know. And I will continue with some other info.
