Have you reached out to the customer service team about shipping the wrong item? I just received the package today and have no idea what to do with shipping it back other than to return. Please provide the new tracking # for what I paid for

I’ve contacted the support team. Waiting for their reply. Because I’m not going to pay for something in three days that I haven’t received. They’ll need to set it back up as a new purchase probably and will provide a new tracking #

@blackacre703 Thank you so much because my current tortoise shell D&G sunglasses are my fav but the lenses keep popping out but I love them. So these are going to be my new favs. Yes Lancaster PA born and raised but I’m not Amish or Mennonite! Lol I’m 100% Scottish parents immigrated here 2 years before I was born. It’s a peaceful place. Johnny Depp says Lancaster Co girls are the sweetest girls 😂
