yprasmussen Not sure how familiar you are with poshmark, but you have an option to decline the order. That means, don’t hit accept if you don’t want it. They’ll have you mail it back and your funds will be returned. I learned that the hard way myself! So, for future reference, don’t accept the item ( don’t hit the accept button or any star ratings).

pattyshops Just saw rating -I'm so disappointed you weren't happy with your purchase (10-23). The "vintage coat" was my mother's, and had been well cared for over the years, but was 20-25 yrs old and was dry cleaned before listing(still has cleaners tag inside at sleeve). The shirt was worn only once. I'm not sure where the pilling you referenced occurred, but I always check for such issues. If you'd like to return, I'll accept. I pride myself in my excellent ratings and never want an unhappy customer.

I pride myself on my shipping speed :) since you ordered on 11/5 and it was out for delivery 11/8 I definitely hit my personal goal! My disappointment was in the texture of the wool, and the amount of wear that showed on the end of the sleeves, and the interior front area. I had not realized that it had been dry cleaned, and actually thought that I would take it to the cleaners to see if that would help. The top has no piling. Best regards.

pattyshops @posh7334 I'm not sure how Poshmark handles items that a buyer has had tied up for nearly 2 weeks, but you can contact them. I mentioned return 4 days ago with no reply. And please, don't ever expect an advertised "vintage item from the late '80's, early 90's" to look brand spanking new, though this jacket looks pretty terrific, as photos show.
