Hi. I wrote you a message under my NWOT Swarovski luggage tags listings but I don't think you saw it. This sold to someone else on June 14. For whatever reason, the Poshmark app/website never updated the status of the listing to "SOLD," so it looked like it was still available for sale. I edited the description to show "SOLD" since the app didn't do it. I've notified the Poshmark Team about this glitch. I'm sorry, but you'll have to cancel this order since I no longer have this item.

Hello. I messaged you regarding the orders you received. As I mentined I sent both orders in one package but you have only released payment for one. Poshmark had updated the gray one with a tracking number that was never used and so no tracking will ever show yet you received both items.
