First off buyer never educated herself as a buyer, and blamed me for receiving an item late that had to go to Posh authenticate first, claiming she never heard of this though I informed her prior to shipping out. Buyer claims she purchased as a Christmas gift, never mention this, though I offered to ship following day after purchase,

She had the nerve to indicate that the item arrived late, not taking into account Postal delays during the Holidays, the item needing to go through Posh first, and the fact that Posh headquarters was closed on the 24th and 25th for the holidays.
