I just wanted to update you about the Louis V you ordered from me. I realized I had a new leather conditioning kit coming in the mail the day after you made your order so I wanted to wait for that & give it a once over for you before sending it out. What I didn’t realize is that it does require a little bit of dry time & I don’t want it to get stuck to the tissue or anything like that in shipping so hopefully you don’t mind but I’m going to send it tomor so that it arrives as nice as possible.

Measurements were posted for the jeans. For future purchases it is not fare to rate some one on the fitting of the jeans when you could see for yourself the length which is posted. We take our ratings very serious and the rating you gave me is very unfair. Before you make a purchase make sure you read what you are buying.

The rating you gave me was very unfair. We take ratings very seriously as sellers. I can see from other comments that you are doing the same thing to others. The item was worn once and was laid flat to dry so it had not been shrunk. Please familiarize yourself with Boden clothing fit before shopping again.

Good morning ms. Brady. I am reaching out because you purchased a pair of pants from me. I only have size 10 in the white linen pants. I do have a size 12 in the same pant but they’re khaki. I also have a size 12 white linen shorts. Same style just shorts. I was going to ship today but I wanted to confirm what you needed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm sorry it is taking longer than normal to ship your dress. It is unfortunate that it got caught in the weekend. I will ship tomorrow for sure. The dress is packed and ready for my mail lady to pick up. I assume since u didn't request cleaning that you are aware that the garment needs to be cleaned and will clean it yourself.
