annajunghwa Hi! I saw that you were not happy with your sweater and I didn’t know how to get in contact with you besides this comment section… I am unsure what you meant by “covered in pills”, but I would be happy to resolve this for you if you wouldn’t mind giving a little more information!

lorraine_till @annajunghwa the sweater has pilling that happens sometimes when some fabric gets rubbed and creates small balls (pills) on the surface. I tried to remove them, but because there were so many, I couldn’t get them all.

annajunghwa @lorraine_till Hm, interesting. I apologize for this, as I only wore the sweater twice and it sat folded in a drawer otherwise, so I did not notice any defects. I have never had an unsatisfied buyer before so I am not sure the process of a refund, but if you are interested in one, I can definitely try to figure out how to do that.
