telitabobita @lorraine0923 Now you need to talk to the seller..If she says she shipped it..ask for the tracking #. Then if you dont get the right answer you need to notify customer support... Have you checked your email back to the day you ordered it? You should have info from them..

telitabobita @lorraine0923 When you cancelled the order..did you get a choice of why? Were you given the opportunity to say the customer didn't send?Did not communicate? Anything like that? I have never had to cancel an order so I don't know.
